The bridge between business operations and the technology that powers them. Cross-discipline collaboration is the core expectation of this seat.
The Technology Orchestrator is a project-activated, cross-discipline seat supporting clients and Collective internally with financial operations technology and AI-enabled operations. This seat is intentionally open — final scope is being refined, but the one expectation that is fully clear is that cross-discipline collaboration is the core posture of the role. Unlike domain-specific Supervisor seats, this seat deploys across all service lines — if any client (accounting, tax, or consulting) has a FinOps technology project, this seat orchestrates the solution. Client-facing work is the primary orientation; internal Collective technology projects are secondary, handled on a project-by-project basis. Near-term, this seat will be filled by a contracted external resource with an eye toward developing into a permanent internal position.
| Seat | Nature of Overlap or Support |

| Seat 3 — Accounting Supervisor | When accounting engagements include FinOps work, this seat orchestrates the technology layer in coordination with accounting workflow. |
| Seat 4 — Tax Supervisor | When tax engagements include workflow or platform work, this seat orchestrates the technology layer. |
| Seat 10 — Internal Operations Coordinator | Secondary engagement vector — internal Collective technology projects (e.g., new platform deployments, AI tools for the firm). |
