Role Purpose
The Visionary owns the long-term direction of Collective — the firm's growth strategy, the offer mix, the brand position in the market, and the major decisions about who Collective is and where it's going. Day-to-day execution and operational accountability live with the Integrator. The Visionary's job is to keep the firm pointed at the right horizon and to make sure the people, the offers, and the culture stay aligned with that horizon.
