Role Purpose
The Sales & Business Development Lead owns the top of the funnel at Collective — generating qualified leads, nurturing prospects, managing the sales process, and creating the content and brand presence that attracts ideal clients. Works closely with the Advisor team and Integrator to ensure new clients fit the firm's service model and capacity.

Integrator (Kyle) — for pipeline health, lead volume, conversion rate, and brand consistency.

Responsibilities
- Organic lead generation strategy and execution
- Sales process management — prospect to signed engagement
- Scope review and qualification of incoming opportunities
- Mass marketing — email campaigns, social content, events
- Brand management — consistency across all public-facing materials
- CRM management — prospect tracking, pipeline status, follow-up cadence
- Referral partner relationship management
- Seat 1 — Client Business Advisor (scope qualification, advisory handoff)
- Integrator (capacity alignment, pipeline health)
- Seat 2 — Advisory Coordinator (handoff from sale to onboarding)
- Seat 10 — Internal Operations Coordinator (CRM, systems)
- Prospect qualification before advancing to engagement letter
- Scope accuracy in proposals before client delivery
- Brand consistency across all outbound content
